Marissa has been in dentistry for over 27 years. Utilizing her clinical knowledge and leadership skills, she earned a position as a regional trainer and eventually a regional manager for a large dental service organization where she was part of many DENOVO projects and fell in love with the start up and ownership process. This eventually led her to being a dental consultant for general and specialty practices all over the country.
As a Certified Strategic Intervention Life Coach, Marissa values the needs of her clients first. She is able to connect with the entire team utilizing her knowledge of the clinical and administrative areas of the office to implement strategies that will create an environment ideal for growth. She truly prides herself on helping her clients develop a goal that will be sustainable and rewarding.
She has worked with many dentists, specialists, and teams both corporate and private over the years. Having led teams in corporate and private practice, Marissa found that her clients truly needed help navigating the scary world of startups and acquisitions.
